[PRE-ORDER] Rebecca Lea - Peter Warlock: Elizabethan Songs [CD]

Peter Warlock's perceptive and instinctive understanding of 16th and 17th-century music is evident in his pioneering editions of Elizabethan songs (pub. 1926), revitalising this remarkable repertoire while preserving it's distinctive character. Performed by three outstanding early music specialists and the acclaimed Piatti Quartet, these recordings combine freshness, thoughtfulness and virtuosity.
